Aglianico IGT Poliphemo

A red wine from Luigi Tecce with a deep ruby colour and violet reflections. Aromas of mature dark fruit, cherry and plum, are accompanied by earthy notes and a light spicy hint. The palate shows structure with balanced acidity and tannins that are present but never aggressive, leading to a persistent finish of dark berry fruit and light spice. It suits red meats, roasts, stews, aged cheeses, and dishes with mushrooms and legumes.
