Aglianico Rosato Jerico IGT Contrada Mito

A rosé wine vinified from Aglianico and presented with the IGT classification. It has a clear, lively pink colour with light cherry reflections. The nose opens with small red fruits, strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a citrus hint that balances the freshness. On the palate it is fresh, with good acidity and a slender structure; tannins are barely present and savouriness supports the sip through a finish of moderate persistence. It suits an aperitif and accompanies starters, simply prepared fish dishes, summer salads and light white meats. It also pairs with fresh cheeses and Mediterranean dishes; serve well chilled, around 8-12 °C. Consume young to enjoy its freshness and aromatic vivacity.
