Ailsa Bay – Sweet Smoke Peated Single Malt (70cl)

This is Ailsa Bay Sweet Smoke, a peated single malt in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled at 22 parts peat and 19 parts sweet, then micro matured to balance sweet and smoky notes. It is described as balanced peat with rich vanilla oak, moving between smoke, fruit and creamy toffee. A suggested serve is in a highball glass over ice, with cold drip coffee and premium tonic water.
