Ailsa Bay Sweet Smoke is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, made at a high-tech distillery where a team of chemists oversees the process.
The spirit is distilled at 022 parts peat and 019 parts sweet, then micro matured. The aim is a precise balance between sweet and smoky notes.
