Ainslie & Heilbron's Clynelish 12 Year Old Highland Single Malt – Distilled 1960s, Bottled 1970s (75cl, 40%)

This is a 12 year old Highland single malt from Clynelish, bottled by Ainslie & Heilbron at 40% abv in a 75cl bottle. It was distilled in the 1960s, bottled in the 1970s and comes in its box. The Clynelish distillery as it stands today was built in 1967 to replace a smaller distillery next door, the original site of the name. That older distillery closed, later reopened and became Brora. Clynelish has been part of the Diageo group since DCL took it over in 1912, and despite its importance to Johnnie Walker blends it has long been bottled as a single malt.
