Akashi Blended Blue (70cl)

Akashi Blended Blue is a Japanese blended whisky from the White Oak distillery in the town of Akashi, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a selection of malt and grain whiskies, matured in oak barrels that previously held bourbon and sherry. In the glass it is a light amber. The nose offers honey and vanilla alongside fresh fruit and spice. The palate is soft and silky, with a light touch of wood and pepper, leading to a long, lingering finish.
