Akashi Meisei is a Japanese whisky from the White Oak distillery, in a 50cl bottle at 40% ABV. It was matured in casks that previously held bourbon and sherry.
The nose offers dried fruit, vanilla and a light touch of spice. On the palate, sweet notes of honey and chocolate are balanced by a hint of wood and a fresh note.
