This is a single cask Akashi from White Oak, matured for three years in first fill bourbon barrels and bottled at 50% ABV. It is a heavily peated whisky. At 50ppm, it is the most heavily peated bottling Akashi has produced. White Oak released it on the Japanese market in 2021.
