This is a single cask Islay single malt, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023 after 11 years in a Bourbon barrel. It was bottled by Alambic Classique at 46.7% ABV, without colouring and without chill-filtration, and the cask produced 295 bottles.
The palate is led by sweet peat smoke that recalls smoky candy floss, alongside salted caramel. Unsweetened milky coffee, butter biscuits and dried oregano come through behind them.
