An organic white wine from Tremonti, made under the Albana di Romagna DOCG. It is bright straw yellow, with aromas of white flowers, peach and citron, a light herbaceous note, green apple and a subtle citrus lift. The palate balances lively acidity with sapidity, has a contained body and an inviting persistence. It pairs with light seafood dishes, vegetable antipasti, pasta with delicate sauces and fresh cheeses, and works as an aperitif. Serve cool but not ice cold.
