Albana Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Albarara

A sparkling wine from Tenuta Santa Lucia, made from Albana using the Metodo Classico. It has a pale straw colour with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed fruit, with toasted bread and yeast notes from ageing on the lees. On the palate it is fresh and creamy, with lively acidity and a long, clean finish with citrus and floral notes. It suits refined aperitifs, fish, seafood and light starters, or a whole meal.
