This is a 12 year old Glen Moray from 2002, bottled by Alexander Murray & Co. Glen Moray stands in Elgin, in Speyside, on the site of an old brewery that was converted in 1897. The distillery is most often found in ex-bourbon casks, though it also holds single malt matured in wine, sherry, port, madeira and ex-cider casks. Its spirit is described as fragrant, fruity, citrusy and biscuity, and sometimes buttery, in a citrusy and perfumed style.
