Alghero Rosato DOC Anemone Sella & Mosca

A rosé from Alghero, made from grapes grown in the vineyards around Alghero. It shows a pale pink colour and a rich, complex bouquet of fresh red fruit such as wild strawberries and cherries, with delicate floral notes recalling rose and peony. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with pleasant acidity, balanced structure, good aromatic persistence and a clean, fresh finish. It suits an aperitif and pairs well with fish dishes, white meats, light first courses, rich salads and summer dishes.
