A sparkling wine made from Torbato, grown in Sardinia. Vinification follows the Charmat method, preserving primary aromas and giving fine, persistent bubbles. The colour is a delicate straw yellow with greenish reflections. It is fresh, lively and well balanced, with acidity integrated with soft creaminess from lees ageing. Green apple, pear and light citrus notes lead to a clean, refreshing finish. Serve as an aperitif or with light starters, seafood and fish dishes at 6-8°C.
