Alipus San Luis Mezcal (70cl, 47.5%)

A mezcal from Oaxaca, made exclusively from agave Espadín using traditional methods. The piñas are cooked in earth ovens, giving aromatic complexity ranging from smoky to herbal and mineral notes. The palate is intense and vibrant, with dried fruit, white pepper and a vaguely balsamic persistent finish. It is suited to sipping or cocktails where the smokiness is highlighted.
