Allt A' Mhullin 30 Year Old is a 1991 single cask single malt from Roslin Distillers, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. The cask was bought by Aaron Ross's late father, Alexander, as a gift for his mother, Rosie.
It stayed in the Ben Nevis warehouse for 20 years and was bottled in June 2021 as a tribute to Rosie and Alexander's time at Ben Nevis.
The nose is creamy and citrusy with a hint of mint, red grapes, vanilla, heather, honey, tobacco leaf and mango. The palate opens fruity with nectarine, peach and pineapple, with coconut, honey, passion fruit, kiwi and orange zest.
