Alpestre Miele (50cl)

A honey liqueur from the Italian Alps, combining the Alpestre distillate with natural honey. The honey is collected from bees grazing in alpine meadows and slowly blended with the distillate without artificial additives. It is amber in colour, with a balanced profile. The nose shows lively honey notes followed by an elegant bouquet of aromatic herbs. On the palate, honey sweetness meets a light herbal bitterness, ending in a long, pleasantly warm finish. It can be served neat after a meal or used in cocktails.
