Alpestre Vermouth di Torino Bianco is a white vermouth from Piedmont, made from selected wines and a blend of aromatic herbs and natural spices. Botanicals including wormwood and centaury are macerated to flavour it.
It is pale straw in colour. The nose offers chamomile, ripe citrus and a subtle touch of vanilla and sweet wood.
The palate balances sweetness and bitterness, with an initial sweetness followed by a bitter note that lingers and leaves the mouth clean. It is served as an aperitif and also works in cocktails.
