A Riesling from Domaine Barmès-Buecher, showing bright straw-yellow colour. The nose expresses intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit, green apple and peach, followed by lemon notes and fine minerality reminiscent of wet stones. On the palate the attack is fresh but balanced, with vibrant acidity leading to a long, persistent finish. The characteristic minerality is well present, giving rare elegance and structure. It suits refined fish dishes, seafood and white meat dishes.
