A white wine from St. Michael Eppan in the Alto Adige hills, made from Gewürztraminer. It is bright straw yellow with golden reflections and has intense aromas of lychee, peach, faded roses, clove and vanilla.
On the palate it is rich and almost opulent, with a balance between residual sweetness and vibrant acidity. Exotic fruit, floral and spicy flavours lead to a long finish. It works as an aperitif and with aromatic, spicy dishes, medium-hot curry and blue cheeses.
