Amador Whiskey Co. Bourbon Double Barrel Chardonnay Barrel Finished is a limited-production bourbon in a 750ml bottle from Amador Whiskey Company.
It begins as Kentucky bourbon aged in French oak as Double Barrel whiskey, which then moves into Chardonnay barrels for finishing. The Chardonnay barrels leave their own distinct characteristics on the whiskey, alongside the French oak.
