An amaretto liqueur from Mazzetti. The nose brings bitter almond and almond paste, with sweet marzipan notes, a light vanilla base and barely perceptible toasted hints. The palate is round and enveloping, with sweetness well integrated into a medium body and a pleasant slightly bitter trail. The alcohol warms the palate while remaining balanced, and the finish recalls biscuit and hazelnut without becoming cloying. Serve chilled, away from light.
