Amaro 33 Allo Zenzero is an amaro from Andrea Da Ponte, made with ginger and a selection of 33 aromatic herbs and roots.
It has a deep amber colour. The nose brings fresh ginger, sweet herb notes and a slight bitter edge. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, with ginger prominent but integrated with the herbs' gentle bitterness.
It is best served neat or over ice after a meal, or used in cocktails, and is recommended chilled to highlight its digestive qualities.
