Amaro alle Erbe Alpine - Roner (70cl, 35%)

An alpine herb amaro from Roner, made with selected infusions of alpine herbs, flowers and roots. It balances sweetness with bitter notes, lifted by a refined balsamic nuance. At 35% vol the ingredients come through clearly, wrapping the palate with fresh, herbal and slightly resinous aromas. It works as a digestif after meals or as a base for winter cocktails, and pairs well with dark chocolate desserts or spicy evening notes.
