Amaro Bonollo (70cl)

An Italian amaro made from a secret recipe passed down through generations, using maceration and distillation of numerous herbs, aromatic plants and spices. On the palate it is enveloping and harmonious, balancing sweet notes with a bitter finish. Rhubarb, orange peel and liquorice combine in a distinctive profile. The alcohol strength is well balanced, allowing the complexity of the flavours to show without becoming heavy. It can be enjoyed as a digestif, neat, over ice, or in elaborate cocktails.
