Amaro Camatti (1L, 30%)

Amaro Camatti is an Italian herbal spirit, bottled in one-litre bottles, with an authentic and robust flavour. It has an intense amber to dark brown colour. On the nose it offers a complex bouquet of aromatic herbs, roots and spices, including gentian, chamomile and liquorice. On the palate it is enveloping and rich, with an initial sweetness balanced by a pleasantly bitter finish. The recipe has remained unchanged across generations. At 30% vol it can be enjoyed neat or over ice after a meal, or used as a base for cocktails. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
