Amaro del Vulcano (70cl)

Amaro del Vulcano is a herbal liqueur made with native herbs and plants grown in volcanic soil, produced at a distillery at the foot of an ancient volcano. Its recipe, handed down for generations, includes gentian, wormwood and rhubarb, macerated and slowly distilled. It has a dark colour with amber reflections. The nose shows robust aromatic herbs with hints of citrus and earthy roots. On the palate it is complex and rich, with a sweet start that gradually gives way to a bitter, persistent and refreshing finish. It can be enjoyed neat as a digestif after a meal or in innovative cocktails.
