Amaro di Capri Caprisius (70cl)

An amaro inspired by Capri, made with a selection of native botanicals and spices infused in the traditional way. Amber in colour, it has a complex bouquet of citrus, bitter roots and balsamic notes. On the palate it is soft yet decisive, with a pleasant bitter persistence and Mediterranean herb notes. Suitable as a digestif after substantial meals or in refined cocktails.
