An amaro from Yuntaku, rooted in Mediterranean herbal tradition. Made with an infusion of selected botanicals, it shows intense notes of aromatic herbs, roots and citrus on the nose, with delicate balsamic and spicy nuances. On the palate it is balanced and enveloping, with a lingering bitter finish that invites slow sipping. It can be enjoyed neat or over ice, as a digestif after a rich meal or as a distinctive ingredient in refined cocktails.
