A decisive, vertical amaro with a marked but controlled personality. The nose shows bitter herbs and citrus peel, supported by a spice note that does not dominate. The palate is full, compact and slightly savoury, with a subtle tannic texture and a clear bitterness balanced by a faint sweetness.
