An amaro from the historic distillery Garbata, made by infusing selected herbs, roots and spices. It balances bitter and sweet, with rhubarb, bitter orange and a light touch of Mediterranean herbs.
Ageing in selected casks gives a velvety structure and a firm but not aggressive character. It can be enjoyed neat at room temperature, used in cocktails, or paired with dark chocolate desserts and aged cheeses.
