Amaro Gentile - Mazzetti (70cl)

An amaro from Mazzetti with a discreet, well-calibrated voice. The nose offers herbs and citrus peel, with a faint sweet undertone that softens the structure. The drink is smooth, with gentle bitterness integrated into fresh sapidity; the body stays light but present. On the palate the bitterness is soft, the flavour balanced and the finish of medium length without aggressive peaks. It works as a digestif, over ice or in cocktails that need balance rather than power. Serve chilled; it also pairs with dry sweets, dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
