An amaro made with Hoja de Cota, a plant used in traditional Mexican medicine. The leaves give it a distinctive, intensely aromatic character. It has a deep amber colour and a complex, layered palate: herbaceous and slightly bitter at first, then citrus and exotic spice notes, with a long, pleasantly bitter finish. It is suited to serving after dinner or over ice as an aperitif.
