Amaro Ilex (70cl)

An artisan amaro presented in a 70cl bottle, made from a careful selection of herbs, roots and berries, many hand-picked in wild, unspoilt areas. Ilex (holly) plants give it a distinctive character and aromatic complexity. Its taste balances sweetness and bitterness, with deep earthy root notes and a fresh, slightly balsamic finish from aromatic herbs. On the palate it has a rich structure and a breadth of flavours that develop progressively, leaving a persistent sense of fullness. It can be enjoyed neat as a digestif or used to enrich cocktails.
