Amaro Nardini is an amaro from the historic Nardini distillery, founded in 1779 at Bassano del Grappa, Italy. It is made from selected herbs, including citrus, gentian root and wormwood, with an aromatic herb blend infused for varying periods. The recipe is a closely guarded family secret, balancing bitterness with aromatic notes. The amaro is dark brown in colour, with intense alpine herb aromas and a subtle hint of orange. On the palate it is rich and enveloping, with root and herb notes joined by a light sweetness that balances the bitterness, leading to a prolonged and pleasantly persistent finish.
