An amaro from the Poli distillery, made with herbs, roots and aromatic plants gathered around the distillery in the heart of Veneto. The nose shows mint, chamomile, gentian, bitter orange and liquorice. The palate is rich and balanced between citrus sweetness and herbal bitterness, with a soft but persistent structure. It finishes long and pleasantly bitter, leaving freshness. It can be enjoyed as a digestif or used in cocktails.
