Amaro Rabarbaro - Nardini (1L)

An amaro from Bassano del Grappa, made with carefully selected rhubarb roots. It has a decided, aromatic character, with herbal and slightly bitter notes. The bouquet opens with intense officinal herb aromas, balanced for harmony and persistence on the palate. Ageing in stainless steel tanks keeps the aromas lively. On the nose it recalls undergrowth and a pleasant mineral freshness; on the palate it is vibrant yet elegant, with a slightly spicy aftertaste. It is suited as a digestif, with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses. It comes in a 100cl bottle.
