Amaro Sibona (1L)

An amaro from the Piedmontese distillery Sibona, made from a blend of herbs, roots and spices selected from the Piedmont hills. It is intensely dark in colour. The nose opens with a complex aromatic bouquet of liquorice, mint and chamomile, enriched by orange and chocolate notes. On the palate the complexity carries through, with a sweet entry of caramel and vanilla developing into a medium body and a long, pleasantly bitter finish with aromatic herbs and a light astringency that cleanses the palate. It can be enjoyed neat at room temperature or slightly chilled, or used as a base for cocktails.
