Amaro Stilla (50cl)

An amaro from the Visconti distillery, made by infusing carefully selected herbs, roots and plants from local areas. Maceration follows precise timings to bring out each aroma and balance the elements. It has an intense amber colour. The nose shows herbal notes, with gentian and liquorice root, plus a light citrus note and warm spices such as cinnamon and clove. On the palate it moves from a sweet entry to a pleasant bitterness, with notable persistence and an aromatic finish. It can be served as a digestif or used as a cocktail base.
