An Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG from Bolla, made from carefully selected dried grapes. It has an intense, deep garnet red colour. The nose offers ripe red fruits, plums, sweet spices, chocolate and a touch of tobacco, showing wood ageing. On the palate it is structured and intense, with present but soft tannins, balanced acidity and a pleasant warmth. Mature fruit mixes with vanilla, chocolate and spices, ending in a long, persistent finish. It pairs with rich dishes such as braised meats, stews, game and aged cheeses.
