Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Zironda

Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG by Zironda is a red wine from Valpolicella, made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes dried in a fruit loft for about 120 days. After fermentation it matures in oak casks for at least 24 months. It is deep ruby with garnet reflections. On the nose it shows marasca cherry, dried plum, dark chocolate and sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied and velvety, with integrated tannins and freshness, and a long, harmonious finish.
