Amazzoni Rio Negro Gin (70cl, 42%)

A gin produced in Brazil, made exclusively with ingredients from the Amazon. It is clear and bright, with a complex aromatic bouquet of wild herbs, cacao and tropical fruit. Local plants such as bacuri and Brazilian water chestnut add a distinctive exotic touch. On the palate the botanicals blend with a hint of cacao sweetness, and the finish is vibrant and spicy. It suits creative cocktails or a gin and tonic with lime or passion fruit.
