Ammunition Cask Strength is a Kentucky straight bourbon made in Kentucky from corn, rye and malted barley. It is finished in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from California and bottled at cask strength, 55%, in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is described as caramel, toasted oak and toffee. On the palate come dark cherry, raspberry and vanilla. The finish carries a steady, warm spice with dark chocolate and a subtle, wine-like dryness.
