Ammunition Straight Rye Whiskey is a straight rye finished in Pinot Noir barrels of French oak. The mash bill is 95% rye and 5% malted barley.
The whiskey is dark amber in colour. The finish shows the influence of the Pinot Noir casks, with subtle baking spice and red berries.
On the palate it offers rich butterscotch with a hint of citrus.
