Amrut Cask Strength is an Indian whisky in a 70cl bottle, made in Bangalore, Karnataka, from malted barley. It is matured in ex-bourbon oak casks and is not diluted afterwards.
It is typically described as having vanilla, ripe fruit, sweet spice and a touch of peat on the nose, with deeper wood and black pepper behind. The palate is robust and warming, with sweetness and a mineral freshness, and the long finish ends on spice.
