Amrut – Intermediate Sherry (70cl)

Amrut Intermediate Sherry is an Indian whisky made mainly from Indian malted barley and matured in casks that previously held sherry. It is made in Bangalore, where altitude and climate shape the maturation, and it comes in a 70cl bottle. On the nose there are dried fruit, ripe figs and sweet spice. The palate is intense, with dark chocolate and balsamic notes, leading to a long finish of vanilla and toasted oak.
