Little Greedy Angels is an 8 year old peated Indian single malt from Amrut, part of the Chairman's Reserve and bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from peated barley, with the peating done in-house at Amrut using peat sourced from Aberdeenshire, and it is aged in Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is rich caramel, vanilla wafer, fresh-baked cookies, ripe banana, pear and a hint of peppermint ice cream, with earthy, lightly peaty smoke. On the palate are Lotus Biscoff, caramel, pepper, clove and caramelised apple, with smoke behind the spices. The finish brings darker fruits, toffee, sultana, malt, vanilla pod, chocolate wafers and cappuccino.
