Amrut Two Continents Second Edition is an Indian single malt bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The series is built around maturation on two continents. The unpeated spirit first ages in Bangalore, where the tropical heat draws flavour quickly from ex-bourbon casks that previously held peated Scottish whisky. The casks then travel to a cooler spot in Europe, where the whisky mellows slowly over several more years. It is described as having vanilla custard, tropical fruit and baking spices, with a faint trace of wood smoke.
