Analcolico Bitter 0.0 - Vol0 (70cl)

A non-alcoholic bitter from Vol0, bottled in 70cl bottles. Its recipe combines aromatic herbs, citrus peel and selected botanicals to emulate the classic bitter flavour of traditional bitter. On the nose there are vibrant notes of red orange and a subtle fragrance of aromatic herbs. The taste moves through balanced bitterness and light sweetness to a refreshing, clean finish. It can be used as a base for non-alcoholic cocktails, mixed with soda and a twist of lemon, or enjoyed on the rocks as a fresh digestif.
