AnCnoc 16 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky from Knockdhu Distillery, near the village of Knock in Aberdeenshire. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured for 16 years in American oak and European oak casks. Knockdhu was founded in 1894, and the AnCnoc name was adopted to set the whisky apart from similarly named distilleries, honouring nearby Knock Hill.
It is typically described as showing orchard fruit, honeyed sweetness, creamy vanilla, gentle spice and oak.
